Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Identify potential new business opportunities by attending trade shows (as agreed with manager) in APAC area (China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malysia and etc), identifying new potential customers and contacts through market research, Linked-in, networking, customer relationship management, among others.
Work closely with each site and internal functions to make sure NDA signed in time, quote issued within a certain time frame, customer/payment term set up properly, orders/ship dates on track, quality related topics investigated and solved properly.
Address customer questions and concerns and manage customer expectations. Build good relationship with customer stakeholders to secure business and grow revenue in APAC area (China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malysia and etc)
Follow-up to ensure appropriate completion of special requests and resolution of product/service issues, whether initiated by the customer or Integer.
Keep informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of Sales Training, shop floor experience, local training, and self-study.
Stays informed of customer business opportunities, account changes, current conditions, future prospects, active measurements, and competitive landscape to protect and grow revenue.
Support to prepare for trade shows (Medtec China and etc), liaise between local vendors and Integer internal functions.
Anticipate, identify and resolve issues that may adversely affect customer relations/sales revenue.
Continually develops knowledge related to company strategy and capability, including customer and industry trends.
Responsible for maintaining expenses within budget.
Responsible for generating required reporting.
Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, English, engineering or related discipline.
Minimum Experience: 5 years in medical device industry, or related business to business sales/commercial support experience
Proven successful track record in sales support and territory management, with a strong prospecting component
Proven experience in selling components, sub-assembly and/or finished goods in technical solutions selling environment
Completion of formal sales training program(s) a plus
Knowledge & Skills:

Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin.
Deep understanding of medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry
Strength in customer call planning/execution and sales opportunity development
Effectively call on mid-level management of major OEM medical manufacturers and across multiple functions (Operations, Engineering, Marketing)
Analyze, understand and effectively communicate technical material
Assess financial impact of deals and opportunities
