    SheerID is the global leader in identity verification. We help the world’s biggest brands—like Amazon, Spotify, and Nike—build honest, high-trust relationships with their customers. We’re looking for a high-velocity Enterprise Account Executive to help us dominate the market and scale our presence across retail, travel, and subscription services.


    This isn't a "sit and wait for leads" role. You are the CEO of your territory. You will lead the charge in winning $100K–$500K+ annual contracts by partnering with CMOs and Marketing VPs at the world’s most recognizable brands.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Own the Full Cycle: From strategic prospecting to closing complex six-figure deals, you’ll navigate the enterprise landscape with precision.
    • Strategize with Executives: Act as a consultant to Marketing leaders, showing them how SheerID transforms their customer acquisition strategy.
    • Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with our Demand Gen and Account Development teams to build a bulletproof pipeline.
    • Scale the Business: Exceed revenue targets and play a pivotal role in SheerID’s next phase of global growth.

    • An Industry Expert: You understand the nuances of selling to Retail, Wireless, or Subscription-based giants.

    • Master of the Craft: You have deep expertise in CRM, pipeline management, and navigating complex sales cycles.

    • A High-IQ Communicator: You are a quick-witted, active listener who can hear a prospect’s "cue," internalize the need, and immediately articulate the SheerID value proposition.
    • The "Gritty" Closer: You possess the "Hunter" mentality. You outwork the competition, view objections as opportunities, and have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
    • Assertive yet Coachable: You have the confidence to ask for the close and the humility to keep learning. Whether you have 6 years of experience or 20, you believe you're never done perfecting your craft.
    • Team-First Catalyst: You bring a positive, high-energy presence to the room. You’re a competitive individual, but you win as a team.

    Required Skills / Experience:

    • Enterprise SaaS Pedigree: 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience, specifically closing complex annual or multi-year agreements.
    • The $1B+ Network: A successful track record selling into the "Midwest Region" to enterprise organizations with $1B+ in annual revenue (Retail experience is a significant plus).
    • Full-Cycle Ownership: You are a self-starter with elite cold-outreach, prospecting, and pipeline-building skills. You don’t wait for leads; you create them.
    • Executive Presence: Proven ability to navigate, influence, and follow up at multiple executive levels within a global organization.
    • Tech Stack Fluency: Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com) and modern sales training methodologies.
    • The Fundamentals: A 4-year University degree (or equivalent professional experience).
    • Road Ready: Ability to work remotely with approximately 25% monthly travel to meet clients and engage with the team.
