    In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our sales activities across Canada and moving closer to end customers. This is a high-energy position, requiring high flexibility, proactive and persistent interactions with clients. You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging drone industry and become an expert on various applications. This role can be pursued remotely from anywhere in Canada, ideally situated near a major airport.
    Responsibilities
  1. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with our incumbent partners to generate new opportunities and close deals consistently.
  2. You will manage and develop reseller partnerships across the region as well as close direct business together with our dealers.
  3. You will generate partner leads, and negotiate new partner agreements.
  4. You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the Canadian market
  5. Expand relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet our customers objectives
  6. Learn about customer use cases, market opportunities and post-process customer learnings for Wingtra’s strategy development
  7. Develop relationships with prospective customers (inbound & outbound) to identify their potential needs and qualify them as sales opportunities
  8. Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market
  9. Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)
  10. Requirements
  11. Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
  12. The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners
  13. Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
  14. Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
  15. Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
  16. Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
  17. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  18. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
  19. Ability to acquire Transport Canada’s Basic Pilot Certification
  20. Plus
  21. Business Command of French
  22. Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals.
  23. Previous experience in working with image post-processing softwares like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, ESRI
