    The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the improvement of organizational efficiency, specifically programmatic, technical, and client centric operations to accelerate development and ensure long-term success. A qualified and ambitious candidate can combine analytical skills with creativity to add to the organization towards achieving greater operational efficiency and growth. The perfect candidate will have a passion for the Kobie mission and will possess a strong understanding of the business to be able to contribute to the organizational strategic planning process. The position allows a candidate to focus on the logistics of a technical operations team while having regular interactions with the client, the internal client support team, IT Engineering Team, and other professionals as required.
    How you will make an impact
  1. Organizational Management:
  2. Manage the daily operational logistics of the intra-Kobie team respective to the client assigned.
  3. Regularly evaluate the efficiency of organization procedures according to objectives and apply improvements.
  4. Working with client services team and technology team on the implementation and tracking of client’s requirements for program success
  5. Help maintain effective working relationships with affiliate client organization, and other members of the Kobie Team.
  6. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize program delivery and ensure seamless integration of third-party services.
  7. Operational Excellence:
  8. Establish and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure the efficient delivery of projects/objectives.
  9. Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities to streamline operations and enhance scalability.
  10. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve issues to minimize impact on customer experience.
  11. Programming Support:
  12. Support the creation and execution of client programs.
  13. Aid with program, client, and intra-team logistics.
  14. Support strategic vision and the sustainability of programming.
  15. Lead program and support including facilitation, leading discussions, delivering results and success.
  16. Build on program initiatives to drive additional impact through program results, growth, and/or creation of additional revenue impacting development.
  17. Serve as point of contact and maintain positive and effective relationships with client, internal client team, and others as required.
  18. Develop and implement strategic plans for loyalty rewards programs, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  19. Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  20. Oversee the end-to-end execution of rewards programs and deliverables.

  31. Systems Experience:
  32. Experience Workflow management tools /Project Tracking Software preferred
  33. MS Office Suite
  34. Enterprise application management experience
