AIP’s Employee Protection Solutions (EPS) provides businesses with voluntary, and employer sponsored identity protection plans, including remediation services, fraud alerts, financial monitoring, expense coverage for fraud victims, dark web monitoring, privacy management, and cyber device protection.
The EPS Account Management function ensures client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth goals are attained by leveraging our collective expertise to ensure exquisite client service in all that we do, acting as an extension of our client’s team to help drive ROI within their benefit.
The Regional Account Manager serves as the strategic partner for our brokers and our clients (employers) and is responsible for managing and overseeing key relationships within their book of business with a focus on retaining and growing their book of business through analysis and proactive strategy execution.
Essential Functions
Utilize pipeline management software to manage accounts, increase employee utilization, drive effective marketing efforts and provide new product offerings based on customer needs
Develop solid partnerships with HR teams and broker contacts
Monitor client and broker satisfaction through internal benchmarks and own high-level solutions to increase satisfaction and plan growth
Follow up with clients, ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines, plan and execute with minimal supervision, strong work ethic, exceptional integrity
Attend Onsite and offsite client meetings and benefit fairs with current or prospective clients; travel required throughout year and during open enrollment
Serve as the strategic point of contact after the sales and implementation process is complete
Work cross-functionally with internal partners to meet client and broker demands
Travel: Overnight and day travel is expected. 25-50% travel
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B2C account management and/or business-to-business sales
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Excellent written, spoken, listening, and critical analysis skills
Presentation Skills: Via web, phone and in person
Ability to interact with a wide variety of behavioral and personality styles effectively and make all feel comfortable
Able to tackle new assignments and wear multiple hats, advocating on behalf of client and Allstate Identity Protection simultaneously
Work well independently and in a team environment

Bachelor’s Degree
Salesforce.com experience
Experience within servicing accounts that are employee benefits, voluntary benefits, and related industries
Compensation and Incentive Plan:
AIP offered base annual salary for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000 only
This role is eligible for the annual Regional Acct Manager Incentive Plan.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location
Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
