As a Staff Product Designer, you will operate as a strategic leader and force-multiplier focused on designing the next generation of internal systems that power our personalized, all-in-one care model.

This is a high-autonomy role where you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and strategy for the tools used by our Member Care Advocates and clinical leadership. Your work will directly enable clinicians and care teams to rapidly define, test, and optimize workflows, leading to measurable improvements in patient outcomes, care quality, and organizational scale.

You will work at the intersection of complex clinical logic, human-centered workflow design, and data-driven experimentation. You’ll be expected to champion a bold vision, simplify highly ambiguous problems, and actively influence the product roadmap across multiple teams, advocating for design excellence at all levels, including executive leadership.

    Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the Product Vision: Define and champion a bold, multi-quarter vision for our internal clinical tooling platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, scalable care.
  2. Influence Roadmap: Actively partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical leadership to define the 6-12 month product roadmap, contributing transformative ideas that set the strategic direction for optimizing internal operations.
  3. Define Success: Partner with Data Science and Product Management to define and track critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs related to clinical efficiency, workflow throughput, and patient outcome improvement, ensuring design efforts advance organizational goals.
  4. Simplify Complexity: Take ownership of highly complex, ambiguous operational challenges and break them down into clear, actionable design strategies, creating tangible solutions from abstract needs.
  5. Deliver High Quality Experiences: Leveraging your expertise in UX design, service design, systems design, or other relevant disciplines, as well as elevating the work of those around you, you deliver design that meets or exceeds our quality bar.
  6. Drive Cohesion: Ensure a seamless, cohesive, and compliant internal user experience across all related care and clinical workflows, taking full accountability for the product experience.
  7. Enable Experimentation: Design and establish modular components and frameworks that empower clinical leadership to rapidly define, experiment with, and deploy new patient-facing and internal care protocols without requiring engineering resources.
  8. Required Qualifications:
  9. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with significant tenure (3+ years) focused on enterprise software, internal tools, or complex B2B/B2C service delivery platforms.
  10. Systemic Thinking: Deep experience designing for complex ecosystems and service blueprints, where the primary goal is optimizing human-system interaction within strict operational and regulatory constraints.
  11. Autonomy and Ambiguity: Proven ability to operate with exceptional autonomy, leading strategic initiatives from concept to delivery without heavy guidance, particularly in environments with high levels of ambiguity.
  12. Influence: Demonstrated success influencing senior product and engineering leaders on long-term strategy and securing buy-in for bold, transformative design initiatives.
  13. Domain Literacy (Bonus): Direct experience in healthcare, clinical workflow design, fintech, or other highly regulated industries where complex operational and compliance requirements are paramount.
  14. Advanced Communication: The ability to distill complex clinical requirements and design rationale into clear, compelling narratives tailored for technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
  15. Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
  16. Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  17. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  18. No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer \/ laptop) may be required.
  19. Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
