    This is a senior software sales role responsible for developing new Enterprise clients for Agiloft’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions business. You will engage with customers and prospects to analyze business needs and requirements, articulate value-driven solutions, including AI-powered capabilities, and guide complex opportunities from discovery through close using disciplined sales execution and forecasting.

    A proven mastery of the full sales lifecycle with the ability to present and execute a strong win strategy and be comfortable tailoring Agiloft’s messaging to the multiple buyer personas we serve. Success in this role requires comfort in independently operating and driving the sales lifecycle in your territory, managing complex deals, and balancing multiple priorities.

    Job Responsibilities
    Sales Execution & Deal Ownership
  1. Sell Agiloft’s CLM platform to new Enterprise customers, owning opportunities from qualification through close
  2. Develop and execute your win strategy and help your customers buy the Agiloft CLM platform, with confidence and within forecasted timescales.
  3. Develop and execute close plans aligned with MEDDPICC criteria, including metrics, decision process, paper process, and champion validation
  4. Manage complex deal structures, procurement processes, and customer buying committees
  5. Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and sales forecasts in Salesforce / Clari in accordance with sales best practices
  6. Provide regular updates to sales leadership on progress, account strategies, and forecast accuracy
  7. Value Selling & Customer Engagement

  8. Lead value-based discovery conversations with prospects focused on customer pain points, business outcomes, and measurable ROI
  9. Confidently articulate the business value of AI in contract management, including efficiency gains, risk identification, obligation tracking, and analytics
  10. Prepare and present tailored sales presentations, demonstrations, and pricing proposals
  11. Position Agiloft as a differentiated leader in CLM and AI-enabled contract management
  12. Pipeline Management, Forecasting Discipline

  13. Proven experience with outbounding and strategies to develop your own pipeline.
  14. Build, manage, and progress a healthy pipeline with strong qualification, stage integrity and risk assessment
  15. Balance velocity. rigor and prioritazion across multiple concurrent opportunities
  16. Deliver accurate and predictable forecasts through disciplined pipeline inspection
  17. Solution Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  18. Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting and extended teams to plan and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and coordinate proof of concept evaluations
  19. Manage RFPs and RFIs, coordinating with the Agiloft deal desk, solutions consultants and our partners
  20. Collaborate with Agiloft Professional Services or our implementation partners to develop an implementation strategy for each customer
  21. Effectively partner with Sales Development and Marketing to ensure ongoing pipeline growth
  22. Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day activities
  23. Other duties as assigned
  24. Required Qualifications  
  25. 5-7+ years of software sales or consulting experience in SaaS sales with a preference for experience in Contract Lifecycle Management or related systems
  26. BS/BA or related industry field sales experience
  27. Enterprise Cloud software/SaaS/AI full sales-cycle experience
  28. Experience with value based selling and other leading solution sales techniques (, MEDDPICC, etc)
  29. Proven success managing multiple concurrent deals with high levels of complexity
  30. Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
  31. Experience scoping, managing and executing customer demonstrations and proof of concepts 
  32. Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
  33. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong forecasting, pipeline management and AI skills
  34. Passion for customer service and sales
  35. Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools required
  36. Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
  37. Preferred Qualifications
  38. Experience in a similar role with organizations providing Contract Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Legal Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Procure to Pay or Revenue Operations SaaS solutions
