VMInnovations.com is an $8MM ecommerce business owned by Spreetail with significant untapped growth potential, and this role represents the first dedicated investment in scaling its marketing engine. As the inaugural growth hire, you’ll have full ownership of both strategy and execution from day one — with the opportunity to accelerate growth by 50%+ in the near term. You’ll lead and expand affiliate efforts across Amazon and DTC, build a creator and influencer program from the ground up, and drive a full site redesign focused on conversion rate optimization. Partnering cross-functionally with merchandising, advertising, and content teams, you’ll identify priority products and bring them to market effectively while owning performance reporting and defining the metrics that matter. Supported by a marketing intern, this is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone eager to build, test, and scale — not just maintain — a high-impact ecommerce business.
How you will achieve success:
Lead and scale the affiliate program across Amazon and DTC channels, managing agency and partner relationships end-to-end.
Build and launch a creator/influencer program for both Amazon and VMInnovations.com from the ground up.
Drive a full redesign of the VMI DTC site with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Partner with merchandising and category teams to identify and promote priority products throughout the year.
Own performance reporting across Amazon and DTC, defining key metrics, driving accountability, and mentoring a marketing intern to support execution.
What experiences will help you in this role:
3–6 years of growth or performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
Proven experience managing affiliate or creator programs, ideally across both Amazon and DTC.
Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion principles and DTC site performance.
Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and clearly communicating results to leadership.
Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments; Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is a plus.
