    ⭐ Role Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team and work closely with our Product department. In this strategic role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly support product optimization, with a strong focus on customer activation.

    As an embedded partner within Product teams, you will analyze and optimize user journeys from registration to activation, conversion, and retention. You'll define customer value metrics, design and lead A/B experiments, and translate business KPIs into product-level signals that drive growth. You'll be the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring our strategies are evidence-based and customer-focused.

    ⭐ How will you make an impact?
  1. Analyze user journeys through activation, engagement, and retention to uncover friction points for different cohorts and user segments

  2. Partner with Product teams to prioritize and measure funnel improvement initiatives

  3. Define and track customer value metrics (activation, adoption, retention, engagement, conversion), business KPIs (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and translate them into actionable product signals

  4. Create insightful dashboards showing how product improvements impact customer value and business outcomes

  5. Autonomously design and lead A/B tests focused on conversion and retention improvements, partnering with stakeholders

  6. Proactively propose experiments to unlock new customer value levers and optimize conversion rates

  7. Select success metrics, analyze results, and interpret statistical significance to inform decision

  8. Develop and maintain data models using dbt (incremental models, snapshots, documentation, generic tests, macros)

  9. Apply data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schema, data-marts, SCDs) and optimize BigQuery queries using clustering/partitioning for performance and cost efficiency

  10. Work as embedded peer within Product squads, participating in syncs and discovery sessions to surface customer pain points and bottlenecks

  11. Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior analysts to promote excellence

  12. ⭐ What makes you a great fit?
  13. 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Product analytics environment

  14. Proven experience in customer activation area, with a track record of improving conversion rates and retention

  15. Strong A/B testing expertise with proven ability to design experiments and analyze statistical significance

  16. Strong business acumen and project management skills, with ability to connect analysis to objectives, define scope, and execute autonomously

  17. Expert-level SQL proficiency including window functions, query optimization, and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses

  18. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations

  19. Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling

  20. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Metabase, Omni or similar) with strong understanding of visualization best practices
