Working in partnership with Hiring Managers, Talent Attraction colleagues and wider stakeholders, you will design and deliver inclusive, data-driven recruitment strategies that ensure access to diverse early talent pipelines.

You will act as a trusted advisor across Early Careers hiring, combining market insight, structured selection expertise and a strong focus on candidate experience. This is a role for someone who enjoys building long-term talent pipelines, delivering assessment excellence and representing the organisation in the early talent market.

    YOU WILL

    • Design and deliver end-to-end Early Careers recruitment strategies for graduate, intern and apprenticeship programmes across assigned regions or disciplines.

    • Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, forecast demand and shape selection approaches.

    • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through universities, events, digital channels and targeted outreach.

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment activity including screening, interviews, selection decisions, offers and intern conversion processes.

    • Apply structured assessment approaches to evaluate candidates fairly and consistently against role requirements.

    • Deliver an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

    • Represent the organisation at careers fairs, university events and external engagements to strengthen employer brand and visibility.

    • Use data and recruitment insights to monitor pipeline health, improve conversion rates and inform hiring decisions.

    • Collaborate with Talent Attraction colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of assessment processes and candidate flow.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of Early Careers programmes, including EDI initiatives and process enhancements.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience delivering Early Careers, campus or high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.

    • Demonstrated capability in sourcing, engaging and converting early talent pipelines.

    • Strong understanding of structured assessment and selection methodologies.

    • Ability to manage multiple hiring programmes simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.

    • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.

    • Experience using recruitment systems, data and reporting to drive decision-making.

    • Strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices and candidate experience excellence.

    • Comfortable working in a changing, high-volume environment with seasonal peaks.
