We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Colorado (multi licensed strongly preferred) with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states. Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses.

Schedule Options:
Option 1: Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week)

Weekly shifts: Includes 8 hours of evening shifts per week.

Weekend rotation: Required to work every other weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).

Shift types: Features a rotating mix of day and evening hours.
- 2 holiday shifts required per calendar year

Responsibilities:
Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner
Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients
Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate
Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans
Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care
Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results
Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience
Experience with Athena EMR
