    Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

    Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Leverage marketing automation technologies to increase visibility and engagement with Microsoft content, products, or services. Exploit internet-enabled devices or interfaces to define, deliver, and streamline global standards for transformative marketing. Examine search query behaviors on general or specialty search engines or other online content. Analyze research, data, or technology to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization. Translate business requirements into technical marketing solutions. Implement solutions and monitor processes across the marketing automation platform (MAP). Support and review product roadmap, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to automate effective search marketing strategies. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Business Analytics; Data Systems; or related field.
    • Experience: 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience designing, configuring, and implementing technology enabled solutions for customers.
    • Specific Skills: Education or Experience in: AI; Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Project Management; Data Analysis / Data Mining; SQL and/or T-SQL; Reporting; and Regression Testing.

    Pay Range and Benefits Information

    The offered base pay range for this specific position (V11976517), in Redmond, WA, is $167,000 to $197,000 per year. Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. 

    At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
