We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and innovative Project Manager that provides logistical and clinical insight for the effective implementation and conduct of a variety of projects, including but not limited to clinical research studies within the Clinical Trials division of DaVita Clinical Research. This position can be based within a home office/remote or hybrid if located within Minneapolis.
Essentials Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide leadership, overall direction, and oversight for research studies of simple to moderate complexity involving clinical conduct, data management, biostatistics, and medical writing to ensure effective project execution and completion.
Prepare, manage, and report studies against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, budget, and revenue. Ensure project deliverables are met.
Maximize operational efficiency of project activities at study sites; develop relationships with all points of contact for successful project completion.
Coordinate project teams and project plans for assigned projects.
Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, resource requirements and assumptions with study team and Sponsor.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
2 or more years of clinical research experience or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
1 or more years of project management experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and superior organizational and planning skills
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through.
Experience in managing confidential information and/or issues using discretion and Judgment
Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals Certification (ACRP)
Up to 25% travel depending on business needs.

The Salary Range for the role is $94,182.40 - $157,289.60 per year.
