Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Middle Office

VIP Community Operations & Risk Control — Manage daily operations of Binance in-app VIP communities (EN/CN) and Telegram channel; enforce access control.

Content Creation & Campaign Support — Produce daily community content; optimize posting cadence and engagement; provide community support for VIP marketing campaigns.

Community Growth & User Acquisition — Propose and execute community growth plans; produce execution reports and summaries.

Swag Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination — Handle daily VIP client swag inquiries and swag data maintenance.

Community or content operations; able to independently plan and execute community activities; Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management — Proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive timely delivery; strong at information sync and execution follow-through.

Data & Multilingual Skills — Proficient with CRM/analytics tools to track KPIs; strong written communication in both English and Chinese; able to produce data reports.

AI Tool Proficiency & Availability — Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and research; available 5 full working days per week with a minimum 6-month contract.
