You will own the delivery of complex technology initiatives, acting as the central coordination point between internal teams and external partners. Your focus: predictable execution, risk control, and clear business impact.
You will act as the bridge between the company and key technology partners, ensuring our most strategic projects move from concept to reality with discipline and speed.
What you'll do:
Own the technology project portfolio: scope, plan, and deliver cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
Run multiple high-impact Technology projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
Lead end-to-end project delivery: requirements, planning, resource alignment, execution, and post-launch review.
Drive project discovery and translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.
Maintain a clear delivery framework using agile or hybrid models depending on project needs.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, escalating and resolving blockers fast.
Build and maintain project documentation (charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports).
Track KPIs and continuously optimize delivery processes based on data and feedback.
Ensure cross-team alignment across engineering, product, operations, and external vendors.
Represent the project function in company-wide planning and prioritization cycles.
