As a Territory Sales Manager supporting our Moen business, you'll help grow our market presence by building strong, lasting relationships with plumbing wholesalers, plumbers, builders, and other trade professionals throughout your assigned territory. Working closely with your Regional Manager and cross-functional partners, you'll leverage your industry knowledge and relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase product adoption, and drive sustainable territory growth.
This role is ideal for someone with plumbing or showroom sales experience who enjoys building long-term relationships, becoming a trusted resource for customers, and uncovering opportunities within an established territory. You'll partner with customers at every level, from wholesale counter personnel and purchasing teams to plumbers, builders, contractors, and business owners, while representing one of the most recognized brands in the plumbing industry.
