Job Description Summary
The Oncology Franchise Leader will develop and lead the 3-year U.S. oncology brand strategy to drive market adoption and commercial effectiveness. This leader will focus on tying market and clinical insights together with business direction, before translating into production positioning, messaging, brand development, and go-to market strategies. This will include integration and alignment with the General Manger, product management, KOL Manager, market access, commercial ops and excellence teams, and field teams. Daily execution includes driving new leads, accelerating demand, enabling sales effectiveness, and ensuring strong customer experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage insights and business knowledge to lead comprehensive brand strategies and annual priorities by following the annual strategic planning process to drive financial goals for Cerianna
- Work closely with product team, executive team, sales, training, market access, medical affairs, compliance, and other teams for development and execution of strategies
- Lead value proposition, product positioning, messaging framework, and promotion channels to extend the reach of Cerianna
- Develop and execute annual go-to-market strategies with performance tracking to manage market barriers, brand perception, promotional campaigns/demand, customer experience, and sales enablement
- Monitor market and clinical trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to continually adjust marketing tactics and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Delivers regular executive communication updates to keep leadership and team aligned to progress, goals and metrics.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
- Manage all strategic and tactical agencies of record, ensuring alignment to strategy, execution of campaigns and optimization of marketing spend.
Key Capabilities:
- Technical and clinical marketing and ability to translate clinical unmet need, advocacy & engagement, and product offering into strategy
- Understand and interpret key or relevant clinical breast oncology care pathway and patient diagnostic needs.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, project management skills, and team leadership.
- Exceptional executive presence with the confidence and polish to present effectively to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical and or molecular imaging marketing experience, including product launch and lifecycle management.
- Oncology therapeutic area experience is required, and prior oncology disease experience is strongly preferred to effectively translate clinical insights into strategic marketing.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, including regulatory and market access environments.
- Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Lean methodologies is a plus, particularly in driving process efficiency and continuous improvement.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $145,600.00-$218,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
