    Included Health (formerly Doctor on Demand + Grand Rounds Health) is seeking a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Pennsylvania to join our team of dedicated mental health clinicians, under the guidance of a Behavioral Health Supervisor. This 1099 Contractor role offers the opportunity to help redefine healthcare by providing compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will deliver individual therapy sessions through our cutting-edge telehealth platform, focusing solely on patient care and documentation. Our Clinical Operations team manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding, allowing you to dedicate your time to your clients. You'll have ongoing access to a supportive clinical team.
    Responsibilities: Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.
    Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.
    Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process, as assigned.

    7. Qualifications and Requirements:
  7. Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
  8. Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
  9. Experience with technology and an understanding of digital tools and platforms
  10. Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
  11. Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
    12. LCSW Requirements:
  12. Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program
  13. 2+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
  14. Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania
    15. LPC/LMHC Requirements:
  15. Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program
  16. 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience
  17. Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Pennsylvania
    18. LMFT Requirements:
  18. Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program
  19. 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience
  20. Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania
