Responsibilities:

• Visit customer production sites in Hungary and solve technical issues in surface treatment.

• Perform root cause analysis and stabilize chemical processes.

• Support customers in improving their applications to increase quality and reduce costs.

• Identify opportunities for new products and technologies.

• Work hands‑on in production environments and provide practical support.

• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and turn technical findings into actions.

• Collaboration with regional team colleagues in Slovenia and Slovakia.

Qualifications:

• Degree or technical training in chemistry or a related field.

• Work experience in technical support or application engineering in surface treatment (electroplating, metal pre-treatment)

• Skilled in chemical analysis and interpreting production data.

• Able to communicate well with technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Fluent in Hungarian and good English skills.

• Willing to travel within Hungary; valid driver’s licence.

• Independent and solution‑oriented working style.
