Software Development Engineer II

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II (Full Stack) to help design, build, and scale modern software products across the CSG portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, cloud-native systems, and AI-enabled experiences, supporting the integration of AI capabilities into customer-facing and internal platforms.

You will contribute across the full software lifecycle—from design to deployment—working closely with product, design, platform, and AI teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II who will be:

End-to-End Development:
· Developing features to enhance the user experience.
· Design, develop, and maintain software applications from concept to deployment.
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

2. Front-End Development:
· Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Any major framework).
· Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

3. Back-End Development:
· Design and implement APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
· Develop server-side logic using any major framework and its design patterns (OOP, functional, RESTful, GraphQL, etc.)

4. Database Management:

· Create and maintain databases (SQL, NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
· Implement data storage solutions that align with project requirements.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
· Conduct TDD or BDD testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the developed code.
· Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address bugs and performance bottlenecks.

6. Version Control and Deployment:
· Utilize Git or other version control systems for efficient code management.
· Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

7. Security and Optimization:
· Implement security best practices to safeguard applications and user data.

8. Collaboration and Communication:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

· Proven experience 2~3 years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
· Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
· Hands-on experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (any of the major ones).
· Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and database design.
· Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
· Good communication skills.

·Proactive approach to addressing challenges.
· Nice to have: AI/ML Integration, Data Science Collaboration, or any kind of exposure to an AI product integration.
