    We’re seeking a versatile digital marketer who will be instrumental in driving demand generation and building our market presence. This role combines strategic campaign development with hands-on content creation and execution. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing to launch targeted campaigns, generate a qualified pipeline, and establish Clarify as a thought leader in healthcare technology intelligence, optimization, and tech-enabled outcomes.

    The role
  1. Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
  2. Lead, design, and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy and campaigns
  3. Work closely with product marketing and commercial leadership to drive demand for our software and tech-enabled services solutions within target accounts
  4. Design and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns aligned with sales priorities
  5. Prepare campaign playbooks for BDR/Sales teams with clear multi-channel outreach and nurture/follow-up strategies
  6. Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize for pipeline generation

  7. Content Strategy & Creation
  8. Own the development of a content strategy and creation of content (white papers, case studies, e-books, webinars, videos, etc.) that drives demand and aligns with the stages of the buyer’s journey
  9. Create compelling customer-facing presentations and slide decks that communicate our value proposition
  10. Develop case studies and customer success stories that demonstrate real-world impact
  11. Build content assets for campaigns, including emails, web copy, one-pagers, and blog posts
  12. Organize and execute customer webinars from concept through post-event follow-up

  13. Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization
  14. Drive inbound traffic and lead generation through SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and paid search/social strategies
  15. Drive creation of compelling ad campaigns and landing pages for each stage of the buyer’s journey
  16. Build and optimize conversion paths across the customer journey
  17. Implement modern SEO and GEO strategies optimized for AI-powered search experiences
  18. Manage paid search and social campaigns with a clear ROI focus

  19. What we are looking for
  20. 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software
  21. Proven track record in demand generation with measurable pipeline contribution
  22. Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and execution
  23. Hands-on experience with SEO, paid search, and paid social campaigns
  24. Proficiency in using AI tools to support a variety of marketing tactics (content creation, research, optimization, etc.)
  25. Excellent written and visual communication skills — you can create a compelling presentation and write engaging copy
  26. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  27. Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI
  28. Professional and creative problem-solver and self-starter with strong logistical, organizational, and interpersonal skills who can operate effectively in a startup environment
  29. Bonus Points if you have
  30. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience in marketing to healthcare providers/payers
  31. Familiarity with generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI-era marketing strategies
  32. Experience creating customer case studies and testimonial programs
  33. Webinar production and management experience
  34. Graphic design skills or experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  35. Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying committees
