ERP SaaS Security and Identity Access Governance Manager will be engaged in a large-scale S/4HANA implementation across the RTX organization and will require a solid background in designing and implementing Security and SAP's Identity & Access Governance for ERP SaaS solutions. The candidate will collaborate closely with the SAP Application Security, Data Security, Internal Controls and Enterprise Identity Management team while liaising with business leads and focal points to support program objectives. The individual must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective security and governance solutions, while strategically leveraging SOX compliance and control frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Hands-on security build and configuration of ERP SaaS solutions such as Ariba, Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Fieldglass, Serrala, etc.
Hands-on configuration experience of Identity and Access Governance (IAG) to implement Segregation of Duty controls, Access Governance and User Provisioning solution in integrated ERP SaaS landscape.
Support end to end activities related to integrating ERP SaaS landscape with Enterprise Identity Management solutions
Support end‑to‑end testing and go‑live readiness for all ERP SaaS solutions
Collaborate with Application Security, Data Security, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP SaaS solutions meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.
Apply RTX policy to ensure adherence to documented processes and audit compliance
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience primarily covering Role Based Access Controls in ERP SaaS security solutions and 3+ years of experience configuring SAP Identity and Access Governance (IAG) and integrating ERP SaaS landscape with Enterprise Identity Management solutions.
Experience in understanding SAP security architecture, Identity and Access governance best practices.
Experience in performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security solutions to mitigate risks.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Qualifications We Prefer
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Experience in SAP security architecture, Identity & Access governance and Role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including SAP Fieldglass, Concur, Ariba, Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Serrala and other related ERP and SaaS applications.
Big 4 Experience or System Implementor Hand’s on Consulting Experience
Understanding of key government compliance requirements, such as DFARS and NIST standards
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, controls, and their integration into ERP systems
Work Environment: Remote
This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
