    We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with lodging research, reservation planning, and accommodation-related needs. The Lodging Reservations Coordinator helps clients explore hotels, resorts, and other accommodation options while providing attentive service throughout the reservation process.

    Key Responsibilities
  1. Research hotels, resorts, and lodging options according to client preferences, dates, and budgets
  2. Assist clients in comparing available accommodations and reservation options
  3. Coordinate lodging reservations and related booking details
  4. Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness
  5. Communicate confirmations, updates, and important information to clients
  6. Assist with changes or questions related to existing reservations
  7. Maintain organized records of client preferences and booking details
  8. Utilize online reservation platforms and industry resources
  9. Research property amenities, locations, and available services
  10. Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
  11. Follow established booking procedures and documentation requirements
