    • Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
    • Ensure requirements reflect laboratory workflows, compliance needs, and data integrity standards
    • Collaborate with QA to support test case development and UAT validation
    • Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities within LMS implementations
    • Maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and system diagrams

    Platform-Level Responsibilities:

    • Gather and document end-to-end platform requirements, including LMS systems, third-party integrations, and instrumentation interfaces
    • Support requirements for cloud-hosted environments, including user access models (SSO, roles, permissions), environment strategy (Dev / Test / Prod), and release and upgrade workflows
    • Define and document integration requirements: APIs (REST, HL7, FHIR where applicable) and data exchange formats and workflows
    • Map end-to-end data flows across systems, ensuring traceability from instrument to system to external interfaces
    • Identify and document system dependencies and constraints across platforms
    • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to align on system design, scalability, and performance considerations
    • Support validation and compliance requirements in cloud and integrated environments (e.g., audit trails, data integrity, Part 11 considerations)
    • Contribute to release planning and readiness assessments, ensuring dependencies are captured and managed

    Key Skills:

    • Stakeholder communication and facilitation
    • Requirements documentation and analysis
    • Agile / Scrum methodologies
