The Senior Technical Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional technical programs that drive strategic business initiatives and product or platform development. This role combines strong program management expertise with deep technical understanding to coordinate engineering teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale technology projects.

The Sr. TPM works closely with engineering, product management, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver programs on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

    • Driving alignment between Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.
    • Proactively identifying "critical path" blockers and technical debt that could derail a launch.
    • Partnering with architects to evaluate system designs for scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Drive technical decision-making discussions and ensure program execution aligns with architectural standards.
    • Building or refining delivery frameworks (e.g., Scaled Agile, OKRs) and automated reporting dashboards (Jira, Tableau, etc.).
    • Providing data-driven status updates, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and mitigation plans to C-suite stakeholders.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 12 years of experience in program or project management in technology environments.
    • 4 years managing complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams.
    • Proficiency in emerging areas like AI/ML pipelines, data residency, or DevOps transformation

    It's preferred if you have:

    • Ability to use written and verbal communication to explain fixes and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience in cloud platforms, distributed systems, or enterprise-scale infrastructure.
    • Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or large enterprise IT environments.
    • Certifications as a ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
    • Using metrics and data visualization to justify trade-offs and pivot strategies.
    • Experience driving results across teams that do not report to you directly.
    • Ability to provide structure ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
