POSITION SUMMARY Natera is looking for an execution-focused leader to architect the data, analytics, and orchestration capabilities that power our Oncology business. You will direct the strategy for how we use data to transform cancer care, ensuring our Marketing and Medical Affairs teams have the intelligence needed to drive commercial excellence. You will serve as the technical and strategic bridge between our field teams and the home office, turning complex datasets into scalable, AI-enabled tools that define the next-best-action for our teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Enablement Strategy: Lead the data and omnichannel orchestration roadmap for the Oncology business to optimize stakeholder engagement.
Operationalize Data: Own the Oncology data ecosystem, integrating claims data and market intelligence into high-impact commercial workflows.
Scale AI & Automation: Build and refine AI-enabled frameworks that provide real-time recommendations and "next-best-engagement" insights for field teams.
Drive Cross-Functional Velocity: Partner with Sales Ops, Technology, and Marketing Analytics to standardize reporting, business rules, and KPI definitions.
Governance & Integrity: Establish rigorous operating models for data usage and measurement frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.
Strategic Influence: Act as a primary advisor to senior leadership, providing the performance trends and resource allocation models required to win in the Oncology market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proven Impact: 8–10+ years in commercial operations, analytics, or enablement within life sciences or diagnostics (Oncology experience preferred).
Technical Fluency: Demonstrated success managing large-scale data ecosystems, including claims data, vendor feeds, and CRM integration.
Architect Mindset: Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or decision-support models that solve real-world commercial friction.
Collaborative Leader: Ability to influence in a highly matrixed environment and translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL
Remote-first role with a requirement for high-speed digital collaboration.
Occasional travel (>10%) for leadership summits and organizational events.
