    Position Overview

The Sr. Product Manager, Integrations owns the product strategy, roadmap, and direction for Agiloft's integrations platform — spanning the Integration Hub, external API capabilities, Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations, and the orchestration layer. This is a senior, strategic role embedded within the Product – Integrations team, reporting directly to the VP of Product, Integrations.

This PM defines where the integrations platform goes — not day-to-day operations. You will work closely with engineering, customer success, GTM, and external partners to build a platform that unlocks connectivity, reduces implementation friction, and positions Agiloft as the integrations leader in CLM.

    Job Responsibilities
    What You'll Own

    Integration Hub Strategy & Roadmap
  1. Define and drive the multi-quarter roadmap for Agiloft's Integration Hub, aligning feature investment to customer needs, competitive positioning, and platform scalability.
  2. Set clear priorities across connector ecosystem, task/consumption management, monitoring, and enterprise-grade reliability.
  3. API Strategy
  4. Own Agiloft's external API surface — versioning, developer experience and authentication patterns.
  5. Define standards for how the platform exposes data and actions, enabling both integration partners and enterprise customers to build reliably on top of Agiloft.
  6. MCP & AI Orchestration
  7. Lead product strategy for Model Context Protocol and AI-driven orchestration capabilities, enabling Agiloft's AI features to connect intelligently with external systems and agents.
  8. Define how Agiloft becomes a first-class participant in the emerging AI agent ecosystem.
  9. Orchestration Layer
  10. Define how Agiloft enables customers to design, deploy, and manage multi-step, multi-system workflows — across integration hub and the Agiloft MCP.
  11. Drive toward a platform that supports event-driven, low-latency, and high-reliability automation patterns at enterprise scale.
  12. Cross-functional Leadership
  13. Partner with engineering, design, CS, sales, and legal tech partners to translate market needs into shipped, high-quality capabilities.
  14. Serve as the connective tissue between product, field, and technical teams — ensuring the roadmap is grounded in both strategy and execution reality.
  15. Market & Customer Feedback Loops
  16. Synthesize customer data, analyst input, competitive signals, and field feedback into prioritized, differentiated product strategy.
  17. Establish a continuous discovery cadence with CS, sales, and key customers to keep roadmap decisions grounded in real-world usage.
  18. Platform Standards & Scalability
  19. Define integration architecture standards, consumption models, and platform health metrics that guide both product investment and customer success motions.
  20. Partner with engineering to establish the technical guardrails that make Agiloft integrations stable, observable, and scalable at enterprise scale.
  21. Performance Metrics
  22. Roadmap execution – What percentage of roadmap items are delivered on time.
  23. Platform adoption: Integration Hub management, enabling product owners to achieve activation and usage growth across the customer base
  24. Strategic impact: Contribution to competitive positioning in CLM integrations — analyst recognition, win/loss signals, expansion ARR tied to integrations
  25. AI/MCP readiness: Shipped MCP capabilities enabling Agiloft's AI agents to connect with and orchestrate external tools
  26. Required Qualifications
  27. 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning an integration, API, or platform product
  28. Strong command of REST API design, integration architecture patterns, and developer experience principles
  29. Demonstrated ability to own a multi-quarter roadmap and drive execution across engineering and cross-functional teams
  30. Experience working with iPaaS, workflow automation, API gateway, or middleware technologies
  31. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and measurable customer value
  32. Strong communicator who can influence without authority across engineering, CS, sales, and leadership
  33. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, remote environment with multiple concurrent workstreams
  34. Preferred Qualifications
  35. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent tooling, orchestration frameworks, or LLM integrations
  36. Familiarity with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray, or comparable iPaaS platforms
  37. Background in CLM, legal tech, ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS integrations
  38. Experience defining API-first product strategy and developer enablement programs
  39. Exposure to event-driven architecture, webhooks, async integration patterns, and consumption-based platform models
  40. Experience partnering with OEM or embedded integration providers
  41. Background in platform product management, developer tools, or technical ecosystem programs
  42. What Makes a Strong Fit
  43. Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to unblock engineering
  44. Technically fluent without needing to own the code — comfortable going deep on architecture, APIs, and data models
  45. Driven by platform outcomes — adoption, reliability, extensibility — not just feature launch counts
  46. Builds momentum through clarity: crisp PRDs, decisive prioritization, and decisions that hold under pressure
  47. Able to distinguish between tactical customer requests and strategic platform investments
  48. Focused on building repeatable, scalable platform capabilities — not solving one-off problems
  49. In Your First 6 Months
  50. Deep-dive on Integration Hub: customers, usage patterns, pain points, and competitive gaps and set a Product Owner up for success.
  51. Take on the current MCP roadmap and continue to refine and deliver MCP features.
  52. Define the MCP strategy: what Agiloft ships, how it connects with AI agents, and what the go-forward architecture looks like
  53. Establish a feedback loop with CS, sales, and key customers to keep the roadmap grounded in real usage
  54. Ship at least one meaningful integration platform improvement with measurable customer impact
  55. Align with engineering on scalable integration architecture standards that guide both build decisions and customer success motions
  56. Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority. We are committed to an environment of acceptance where you are free to bring your full self to work.
