    About the Team

    We deliver field and partner marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals. Our team collaborates across ABM, demand generation, and experiential programs in partnership with Sales leadership. We exist to demonstrate marketing as a strategic lever for revenue growth across the Americas.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing 1:1 and 1:Few ABM programs for strategic Major and Enterprise accounts

    • Partnering with Sales to identify target accounts and building account-specific plays with personalized content and messaging

    • Orchestrating multi-channel campaigns using intent data and account intelligence platforms

    • Measuring account engagement, pipeline progression, and deal velocity to optimize program performance

    • Aligning with Field Marketing on account-level event activations and executive engagement programs

    What we’re looking for

    • Bring 4–6+ years of B2B marketing experience with 2–3+ years focused on account-based marketing

    • Manage multi-channel ABM programs from strategy through execution

    • Build ABM strategies that generate measurable pipeline and influence revenue outcomes

    • Translate account intelligence, technographics, and buying signals into prioritized action plans

    • Partner with senior sales leadership to co-develop account plans and align on target account selection

    • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize engagement and deal velocity

    • Travel 25%+ to support account activations and field programs

    • Hold equivalent practical experience in B2B marketing or related field

    Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

    Minimum:

    $76,800.00

    Maximum:

    $186,200.00

    In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

    Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

    We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
