    The Role:
    A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for Account Executives. The SDR will focus on outbound lead development in their territory, qualifying active buying interest, and developing opportunities in prospect accounts. The SDR will coordinate with their Account Executive counterparts to determine the accounts that they will research and prospect into to secure a sufficient flow of qualified opportunities.
    What You'll Do:
  1. Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
  2. Interact with prospects via telephone and email
  3. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  4. Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand from named accounts
  5. Transition opportunities to appropriate Account Executives
  6. Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  7. Update prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
  8. Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  9. Establish a cadence of a minimum of 60 calls per day, 10 contacts and 2-3 meetings
  10. What We're Looking For:
  11. Minimum 1 year technical sales experience
  12. A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
  13. Pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling
  14. Time and territory management
  15. Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; while being both competitive and collaborative with the greater team
  16. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  17. The highest level of integrity
  18. Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Zoominfo, SalesLoft, LeadIQ, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  19. Experience working in a start-up environment strongly preferred
  20. Excellent knowledge of English and German languages
