Job Description
Responsible for activities that support sales lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of custom groups. Designs and manages detailed project plans for each new business or renewal implementation while identifying emerging issues and determining potential solutions. Leads the appropriate personnel to facilitate implementation of the terms of agreement between BCBSNC and the customer. Serves as single owner for account installation and processing for a given customer in the custom and non-standard product segment.What You'll Do

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Bonus Points
3+ years of experience in medical benefits, health insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
Proven client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
Strong implementation, project management, and coordination skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency working within multiple systems and platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.

Salary Range
At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
