Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s LIMS solutions through consultative sales. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial sectors, leveraging prior LIMS experience to understand laboratory workflows, optimize system utilization, and position DSAS digital solutions as critical enablers of operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with laboratory, QA/QC, and IT stakeholders
- Drive customer success and value realization through effective use of LIMS solutions
- Identify expansion opportunities based on client workflows, system gaps, and digital maturity
- Lead consultative discussions around LIMS capabilities, integrations, and process optimization
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution positioning, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with implementation, technical, and commercial teams across a matrix organization
- Guide clients in best practices for LIMS usage, data integrity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP)
- Develop proposals, manage negotiations, and close opportunities aligned with revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer insights within CRM systems
- Travel to client sites (25–50%) to support adoption and business development
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial laboratory environments
- Hands-on experience working with at least one LIMS platform (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage, etc.)
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, or Consulting)
- Advanced English
- Ability to travel 25-50% of time for client meetings and business development
