    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Onboard game developers and studios to our platform and educate them on Xsolla's monetization and

    advertising solutions.

    • Understand what matters most to your partners and develop an action plan to help them achieve their

    business goals.

    • Set up monetization strategies with developers by leveraging best practices for creative performance,

    targeting, and optimization.

    • Define and analyze key performance metrics to ensure success for our gaming partners.

    • Become an expert on Xsolla's advertising and monetization products for the gaming industry.

    • Partner with the broader Xsolla Business Development and Product teams to support regional and global

    growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, or monetization sales.

    • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    • Outstanding analytical ability and a strategic grasp of the big picture.

    • Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey complex concepts and ideas.

    • Experience prioritizing competing demands and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Flexible team player who uses drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward.

    • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, analyzing complex data, and identifying actionable

    insights to optimize client outcomes.

    • Proven interest in technology and gaming — whether you're an early adopter of new tools, a data enthusiast,

    or passionate about the gaming ecosystem, you'll thrive in our high-tech, data-driven environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience selling into the gaming, advertising, monetization, or ad tech industries.
