    Position Summary:

    The Physician Research & Sales Operations Intern will support physician-focused data cleanup and research efforts within Jobscience in preparation for an integration to Enterprise Salesforce. This is a full-time role within the research department that supports Executive, Leadership, and Academic Search. The intern will focus primarily on physician data while working closely with the physician liaison team, research team, and sales operations partners. Responsibilities are clearly defined, and work is completed under close guidance.

    Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

    • Review, validate, and organize physician data within Jobscience
    • Support data cleanup and accuracy in advance of Salesforce integration
    • Research and verify physician profiles, affiliations, specialties, and leadership roles
    • Partner with physician liaison and research teams supporting Executive, Leadership, and Academic Search
    • Use tools such as Definitive Healthcare, ZoomInfo, and public sources to support verification
    • Document updates and changes following established data standards
    • Complete assigned tasks with defined priorities and timelines

    This work will result in:
    • Improved accuracy and consistency of physician data
    • Increased readiness for Salesforce integration
    • Direct support for physician research, liaison, and search teams

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • High School Diploma/GED plus 0-2 years of work experience

      • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
