The Impact of a Sr Systems Administrator at Coupa:
Coupa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Poland on a remote basis. The Senior IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our core collaboration tools and IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS Collaboration Services including but not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Mimecast, OKTA, Microsoft 365, Project Management Tools, and intranet systems. They will also be adept at creating documentation and providing end-user support.
What You'll Do:
Administer and support core collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and processes.
Administer and maintain the company intranet, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools and IT systems, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in collaboration tools and IT systems administration.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Gemini, and other core services.
Strong knowledge of Slack administration, including user management, channel management, and integrations.
Experience with OKTA for identity and access management.
Experience with Active Directory administration, including user and group management, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Experience with intranet administration (e.g., Simpplr, Google Sites, SharePoint, Confluence).
Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency communicating in English (B2 level or above).
