    • Act as the central point of coordination across Corporate Marketing, building strong working relationships with digital specialists, creatives and senior stakeholders across the business.

    • Review performance metrics regularly, interpreting the data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and possible correlations with external factors such as media coverage or world events.

    • Translating performance data into actionable insights that informs ongoing optimization and strategic decision-making.

Marketing technology (MarTech) and digital platform management

    • Manage MarTech systems day-to-day, including maintenance, optimizing usage, contracting and renewals, and scoping and implementing new systems as needed.

    • Understand, evaluate, and evolve the MarTech ecosystem, looking for tools that may offer improvements, new benefits, or cost savings compared to existing tools and processes.

    • Partner with the Digital Team to project manage new digital projects for the corporate brand, from planning to execution, including website updates, CMS management and uploads, SEO/SEM, eventual CRM development, and other projects with the digital team as needed.

    • Partner with digital specialists to drive SEO, GEO, and ad word strategy, ensuring content and campaigns achieve appropriate visibility with target audiences.
