    About The Role
    The Sales Development Representative actively seeks new business opportunities, through engagement and building real relationships with potential customers. The right candidate will understand how to assess a gym’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. This is not a silo position. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, to provide best in class solutions to fitness business owners.
    What You'll Do
  1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and cold outbound as sales opportunities
  2. Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  3. Present our company to potential prospects via multi-channel efforts
  4. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  5. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  6. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  7. Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
  8. Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
  9. Communicates prospective customer needs to
  10. Account Executive and Onboarding Team
  11. Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  12. Understanding customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority
  13. Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within HubSpot
  14. What You'll Need
  15. Prior experience in the fitness industry (e.g., gym ownership, fitness studios, or wellness businesses) is required
  16. 1-2 years of Sales experience, either in the Gym/Fitness industry or as an SDR/BDR is recommended
  17. Comfortable reaching out to leads via phone, email, and text
  18. Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  19. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  20. Strong project and time management skills
  21. Enthusiastic about the fitness industry and dedicated to helping others
  22. Eager to learn and adapt to new concepts, ideas, and approaches.
  23. Competent with email, phone, Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, and HubSpot
  24. Capable of screen sharing, mobile screen sharing, and presenting digital solutions effectively
  25. Preferred Skills & Experience
  26. Experience with CRM and Sales Automation Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  27. Proven Track Record in Sales or Customer-Facing roles
