    What do we do?

Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern commmerce. We help you see what's actually working in your business, what's not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you — pausing the underperforming ad, generating the next batch of creative, flagging the inventory risk before it hurts your bottom line.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, and put it on the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. And on top of that, we give you the only AI harness in commerce — Moby — letting you tap any LLM you want, grounded in the full context of your business. Moby doesn't just surface insights, it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

The result: more than 65,000 brands like Kitsch, OUAI, and True Classic turn mountains of complex data into actions that actually grow profit, at a speed and scale that is not humanly possible.

    About the role

Triple Whale is looking for a creative product marketer to own our go-to-market launches and support product marketing for our platform team.

You’ll combine a content creator’s instincts with a launch manager’s organization to lead weekly drops and larger monthly launches. Inspired by how consumer brands build anticipation, you’ll create content across formats that gets people to notice, share, and try our products. You’ll bring an AI-first mindset to move quickly from idea to execution.

Our platform team focuses on the technology that makes Triple Whale exceptional, including data, infrastructure, and UI components. You’ll translate that work into clear positioning, messaging, and customer communications that explain what’s changing, why it matters, and how customers benefit.

    What you’ll own

    Go-to-market launches and weekly drops

    • Own the launch calendar and execution. Coordinate weekly drops and monthly launches with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables. Keep teams aligned on product readiness and messaging while reducing coordination work for other product marketers.
    • Build a recognizable weekly drop program. Develop its creative approach and keep formats fresh. Feature new capabilities, useful improvements, and existing features customers have yet to discover.
    • Shape the story and create the content. Partner with product marketers on the audience, customer benefit, and desired action. Write copy, record demos, and produce videos, carousels, or simple visual assets without requiring a full production cycle.
    • Make social and creators central to launches. Collaborate on product reveals, walkthroughs, and other formats worth sharing. Match the format to the story; weekly drops do not require a blog post.
    • Coordinate the customer experience. Work with Growth, Lifecycle, and other channel owners to align social, email, in-app messages, and supporting launch activity.
    • Measure and improve. Define success for each launch, from reach and engagement to activation and adoption. Use focused debriefs and audience feedback to improve the next drop.

    Platform product marketing

    • Lead product marketing for the platform team. Partner with Product on the roadmap, prioritize marketing support, and translate technical or behind-the-scenes improvements into clear customer value.
    • Own positioning and messaging. Explain what changes, who benefits, and why it matters. Develop stories that connect platform capabilities to customer needs.
    • Bring customer and market insights into product decisions. Conduct research, gather feedback from Sales and Customer Success, and assess competing approaches to inform the roadmap and messaging.
    • Support customer understanding and adoption. Partner with Lifecycle and Customer Success on communications and education. Equip customer-facing teams with demos, talk tracks, and FAQs, then track adoption and feedback with Product.

    What you’ll bring

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, launch marketing, integrated campaigns, or a related role. We welcome backgrounds in B2B SaaS, consumer software, and D2C or e-commerce brands.
    • Experience taking launches from idea through execution, with a clear understanding of what drove results and what you would improve.
    • Strong creative instincts and confidence creating content yourself across formats, including written copy, short-form video, product demos, and visual storytelling.
    • An AI-first mindset. You actively use AI for research, ideation, content production, and repeatable workflows, while applying your own judgment to accuracy and quality.
    • Product marketing fundamentals, including customer research, positioning, and translating features into benefits. You’re comfortable learning software and demonstrating it through recorded or on-camera content.
    • Strong project management and collaboration skills. You can manage overlapping timelines, resolve blockers, and drive accountability without adding unnecessary process.
    • Good judgment about scope and measurement. You know when a release needs a larger campaign, when a well-made video is enough, and how to distinguish attention from adoption.

    Especially relevant experience

    • Building recurring content series, product drops, or creator collaborations that give audiences a reason to return.
    • Marketing to e-commerce operators or working within the tools and communities they use.

    What success looks like

Triple Whale has a consistent launch rhythm, with creative weekly drops and well-coordinated monthly launches. Product marketers spend less time chasing deliverables. Customers understand platform changes and how to use them, and launch results inform what we do next.

The expected base salary for this role is $115,000–$125,000 per year.

Eligible employees receive medical coverage; a 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%; 30 days of paid time off accrued monthly after the first 30 days of employment; five sick days; and nine paid company holidays. Triple Whale also offers paid parental leave for eligible employees.
