    Job Description:

    Sr.Field Sales Engineer (Sr.FSE) Israel

    Job Summary:

    This Sales person will be responsible for the MPS business in Israel. The goal is to develop and grow MPS business in the top accounts by maintaining existing top accounts or growing and to identify new high potential customers in different business segments as automotive, industrial, consumer and other available applications.

    Suitable candidate should have a strong sales background with customers and semi-conductor knowledge.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to MPS EU revenue gow
    • Meet sales targets as required by the Company
    • Work out and execute a strategy to grow MPS business in Israel
    • Develop relationships with customers to contribute growth of the business
    • Develop and execute sales strategy and account penetration programs
    • Create new business/marketing for targeted applications and products
    • Provide service support for customers and sales channels
    • Ensure coordination of business matters with the Company
    • Cooperating with distributors / rep in the region
    • Travelling up to 4 days per week.

    Desired attributes:

    • Self-motivated to work as an individual sales contributor especially in a field and will be based in home office.
    • Technical ability to learn entire MPS product portfolio and the “go to market” strategy for each product line.

    Ability to engage strong sales personnel (including manufacturer representatives and channel partners)

    Qualifications:

    Technical degree (minimum bachelors), preferably in an Engineering discipline or a proven track record of success in selling electronic components for 4+ years. 

    Will consider an experienced Field Applications Engineer or Design Engineer with the willingness to move to Sales and a strong desire to succeed.

    Excellent communication / interpersonal skills

    Oral /written proficiency in English

    A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively 3-4 days per week
