    The Mission

    We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator who doesn’t just manage social media—but truly understands how it works. Someone who knows how to capture attention in seconds, create content that resonates, and turn ideas into meaningful engagement.

    This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can balance creativity with strategy—someone who knows how to turn travel experiences into compelling content, and content into engagement, trust, and booking intent.

    You’ll help shape our social presence through thoughtful storytelling, platform-native content, and a strong understanding of what performs across different audiences and channels.


    What You’ll Own

    Content Creation
    Create engaging, experience-driven content—short-form video, reels, stories, and carousels—that brings destinations to life. You know how to translate moments into content that feels authentic, visually compelling, and aligned with each platform.

    Strategy & Growth
    Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our private Facebook community, while supporting expansion into TikTok, X, and Reddit. Focus on growing audience, engagement, and relevance through content tailored to each channel.

    Campaign Execution
    Plan and execute social campaigns for co-op partners, blending brand objectives with authentic storytelling. You understand how to integrate partners naturally into content while maintaining credibility and performance.

    Performance Insight
    Track, analyze, and refine content based on performance. You understand platform behavior—what drives engagement, saves, and conversions—and continuously optimize based on data.

    Collaboration
    Work closely with design, content, and leadership teams while owning execution. You’re comfortable taking ideas from concept to final post while aligning with broader brand and campaign goals.

    Innovation & Trends
    Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments. You’re constantly testing new ideas and leveraging tools (including AI) to improve speed, creativity, and output.


    What Success Looks Like

    • Build a recognizable and engaging social presence that audiences actively follow
    • Consistently create high-performing, scroll-stopping content
    • Increase engagement, audience growth, and social-driven booking intent month over month
    • Execute campaigns that feel authentic while delivering measurable results
    • Bring fresh ideas, energy, and a strong creative point of view to the team

    Who You Are

    • A creative and strategic thinker with 3–5 years of experience growing a social presence (brand, personal, or both)
    • Ideally, you’ve worked with travel or lifestyle content and understand how to translate experiences into engaging digital content
    • Deeply fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a strong understanding of how each platform works
    • Hands-on with short-form video and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
    • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable experimenting with new formats and ideas
    • Strong communicator with near-native English fluency (written and spoken)
    • Excited to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team where ownership and results matter

    Technical Must-Haves

    • Experience creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and private communities
    • Strong understanding of social algorithms, trends, and content performance
    • Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking (UTMs, reporting, etc.)
    • Ability to move fast: turn ideas into content—and content into results
