contracts are created, reviewed, negotiated, and stored. You’ll be working with a team of
experienced entrepreneurs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and legal subject matter
experts to build cutting-edge innovations for a fast-growing scale-up company.

    Things we’ve built so far:
    • A global, enterprise-scale serverless platform on AWS, deployable on demand.
    • A suite of LLM-powered applications, employing thoughtful queuing and load balancing in
order to manage LLM capacity at scale.
    • An API-first development culture, with a backend serving a growing number of frontend
      clients.
    Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design and development of core platform features using Python and an API-first approach
  2. Build scalable, reliable backend services that power our applications, integrating seamlessly with a modern cloud-based architecture
  3. Implement front-end features and help manage a growing React project in TypeScript
  4. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure that what we’re building is scalable, maintainable, and secure
  5. Contribute to infrastructure and deployment workflows in our AWS serverless environment (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
  6. Independently lead proof-of-concept projects and tackle complex architectural and engineering challenges
  7. Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day activities
  8. Other duties as assigned
  9. Required Qualifications
  10. At least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  11. Strong experience building backend services and APIs using Python in a product-focused environment
  12. Proficiency with AWS cloud services, particularly within a serverless architecture
  13. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, observability tools, and cloud-native best practices
  14. Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over the systems you build
  15. Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in cross-functional settings
  16. Creative and pragmatic problem solver with a mindset for building scalable, maintainable systems
  17. Proficiency in using relevant AI Tools in the SLDC (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) coding, and/or API integrations
