The Sr. Manager of OSC Business & Program Management is responsible for deploying and maturing Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) process standards while overseeing the planning, execution, and successful deployment of connected factory initiatives across RTX’s Top 60 manufacturing facilities. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures sustained progression of connected factory and process transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency and accelerate site improvement efforts.
What You Will Do:
Oversee the OSC process matrix & supporting artifacts.
Deploy & mature the OSC maturity standards for high impact processes (incorporate site feedback, define and harmonize KPIs, incorporate skills criteria).
Enhance the reporting capabilities for the Top 60 sites maturity scores through collaboration with the CORE OS (COSMIC) development & Industry 4.0 team.
Support the development of the Connected factory concept with overarching deployment approach to showcase best in class RTX Factories.
Oversee site level improvement plans through coordination with the Business Units and drive alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Support and/ or lead CORE leadership weeks and/ or workshops to accelerate site level improvement plans.
Support comms and change management approach for connected factory initiatives and process maturity standards (highlight best practices, drive collaboration amongst sites, ensure communication with applicable stakeholders).
Ensure linkage to the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) initiatives and publish the supporting Policies and Standard Work through collaboration with the Business Units.
Support the Industry 4.0 Council, CORE sub-council, QMS Harmonization, Manufacturing, and RLPM Program Management Council (as required).
This position will require travel to various manufacturing sites.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or a related field and 10 years minimum of prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Working experience in Operations, with a focus on process improvement.
Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge with the CORE Operating System, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
