DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Solutions Engineer, you will have multiple responsibilities within presales, and occasionally post-sales support.

This role will report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer.

As the Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Be the network security solutions advisor, provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams and partners: responding to questions and inquiries, providing demos, competitive analysis, networking and security design, and specifications, etc. for products and technologies
• Work with the Vendor Management and Marketing teams to develop and conduct product update, short course trainings, and webinars for internal sales teams as well as customers
• Conduct discovery and scoping call for Professional Services Projects
• Provide technical expertise and support to all team members
• Initiate and provide the life cycle of vendor solution POC, Proof of Concept
• Other technical duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Solutions Engineer:

· 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience

· 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge

· Multitasking and motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenge

· Excellent communication skills within a team, cross-teams, ensure service SLA is within 30 mins.

· Maintain 6+ vendors products technical certifications

· Being a team player and contributor are essential for the success this role and the team

• Exempt, Base Salary plus Bonus ($110K to $120K OTE)
