Sage Dental Management is a leading, rapidly growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) committed to innovation, excellence, and patient-centered care.

    Overview

Sage Dental is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Paid Media Manager to lead the day to-day execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of paidmedia channels. This individual will be responsible for managing paid media initiatives that drive brand awareness, new patient acquisition/appointment bookings, and measurable business growth across Sage Dental’s markets.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns, along with a strong understanding of healthcare advertising and patient acquisition strategies.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, analytical rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure all paid media efforts are accurate, relevant, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and works cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, operations, clinical and other business stakeholders to support Sage Dental’s integrated marketing and growth objectives.

This position will be remote with the ideal candidate in the Eastern or Central time zones.

    Responsibilities

    Paid Media Strategy & Execution

    • Own the day-to-day execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ZocDoc, eLocal, connected TV (CTV), audio/radio, display, and other paid media channels. • Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword strategy, budgets, bidding, creative implementation, tracking, and ongoing performance optimization. • Ensure all paid campaigns are accurate, current, and relevant to Sage Dental’s services, locations, promotions, and business objectives. • Monitor campaign performance/ROAS and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reach, conversion rates, and patient acquisition. • Support integrated marketing campaigns and local market initiatives through effective paid media planning and execution. • Manage campaign pacing, budget allocation, and performance against established KPIs and business goals.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and relevant internal stakeholders to align paid media campaigns with broader marketing strategies and business priorities. • Collaborate with creative, organic marketing, multi-cultural marketing, strategy, analytics, operations, clinical and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are coordinated, accurate, and effective. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate location information, service offerings, messaging, promotions, landing pages, and calls to action. • Coordinate campaign launches, creative updates, testing, and optimization initiatives across markets and channels. • Communicate campaign performance, insights, challenges, and recommendations to marketing leadership and business stakeholders.

    Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on paid media performance using platform analytics and appropriate reporting tools. • Track KPIs, including spend, clicks, impressions, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, appointment bookings, and ROAS where applicable. • Develop regular performance reports that translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Conduct ongoing testing of audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve results. • Partner with analytics and marketing team to support accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting. • Identify performance trends and recommend adjustments to media mix, budgets, targeting, and campaign tactics.

    Qualifications

    • 5–10 years of professional experience in paid media, digital advertising, growth/performance marketing, or a related field. • Extensive hands-on experience planning, executing, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Experience in healthcare advertising, preferably supporting multi-location healthcare organizations or patient acquisition campaigns. • Familiarity with ZocDoc, connected TV (CTV), audio/radio advertising, display advertising, and other digital media channels. • Dental industry experience is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, markets, and competing priorities simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and experience using campaign performance data to guide optimization and decision-making. • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, reporting dashboards, and marketing analytics tools. • Excellent project management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate performance insights to stakeholders. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of day-to-day execution, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Patient Prism Google Ads, Meta, and comparable platforms. • Experience with CRM, call tracking, and campaign conversion measurement. • Understanding of healthcare advertising privacy considerations and applicable digital platform policies.
