    Position Summary:
    Perforce is seeking an Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join the Puppet business in the UK. We are looking for a high-energy hunter profile with a proven track record of exceeding quota and building pipeline within large enterprise organisations.
    This role is focused on driving new business within large UK enterprises, particularly within financial services organisations. The successful candidate will be experienced in selling DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering solutions, and comfortable engaging with platform engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure leadership.
    Candidates should also have experience selling enterprise software built on open-source technologies, and understand the motion of converting open-source adoption into commercial enterprise agreements.
    Responsibilities :
  1. Actively manage current accounts and prospect to develop opportunities in medium and large Fortune 1000 accounts.
  2. Attainment of quota, quarterly and annually.
  3. Develop an active and vibrant pipeline, equal to 3x quota.
  4. Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and reports to sales leadership.
  5. Maintain current, accurate, and active Salesforce hygiene and have familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  6. Ensure the successful rollout and adoption of Puppet Enterprise and related products through strong account management activities and coordination with pre-sales engineering and support resources.
  7. Develop account-based selling methodologies and closing plans.
  8. Prospect for new customers in conjunction with our channel partner and SI community.
  9. Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects by leveraging the renewal revenue stream and converting to larger, strategic deals for long-term business opportunities.
  10. Travel as necessary to develop account relationships and close large opportunities.
  11. Requirements :
  12. 8+ years of proven experience as a hunter Enterprise Account Executive within the UK market.
  13. Strong track record of selling DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering solutions.
  14. Experience selling open-source based enterprise software and monetising open-source adoption.
  15. Background selling technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or similar automation platforms is highly desirable.
  16. Experience selling into UK financial services organisations (banks, insurance, or regulated industries).
  17. Familiarity with target accounts such as NatWest and other large UK financial institutions is strongly preferred.
  18. Ability to build pipeline quickly and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
  19. Experience selling both directly and through channel or SI partners.
