What You Will Do:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, success metrics, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk registers.
Develop a new design and provide technical solution to the user stories.
Lead the team as a technical architect.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert technical consultant for a public sector financial services loan application project.
Review technical requirements and code developed by the developers, in a migration from COBOL to Oracle.
Create new loan application program in Oracle PL/SQL, Coldfusion.
Develop new functionality.
Manage the technical team.
Manages team members to uncover and resolve highly complex issues, providing oversight and subject matter expertise.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree . Additional Four (4) Years of exp can be used in lieu of degree.
Project Management experience.
Minimum of Ten (10) Years of IT experience.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical delivery environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with cross‑functional and distributed teams.
8+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and ColdFusion development.
Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c in Unix/Linux.
Extensive PL/SQL experience (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
Demonstrated ability to write advanced business logic with PL/SQL.
Advanced use of query refactoring and tuning techniques.
Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture.
SQL, PL/SQL, ColdFusion.
Experience with GitHub and Agile methodologies.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Familiar with the loan and secondary mortgage processing.
Exposure to commercial banking (loans).
