    Product Management 340B Ops Partner Advisor

    This role is the liaison between the 340B team, pharmacy operations, procurement, finance and third party administrative partners to navigate order investigations, payouts and returns for inventory.

    Responsibilities

    • Financial understanding of how credits/debits are completed within systems
    • Manage shortages/damages/overages with pharmacy operations when identified
    • Manage payout process for over-replenishment from end to end
    • Manage aged receipts/invoice issues with finance partners
    • Collaborating with Account Management, Accounting and Accounts Payable teams in determining payments and reconciling invoices
    • Serve as the primary operational SME for cross-functional partners, responding to escalations, client-specific requests
    • Partner with Procurement, Pharmacy Operations and IT to troubleshoot system issues and support enhancement process improvements
    • Produce and support recurring and ad hoc analytical reporting
    • Produce quarterly statistics
    • Develop, maintain and enforce SOP governance

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience supporting product, operations, analytics or program management functions
    • Strong Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) proficiency with experience working with large complex datasets
    • Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools to support NDC-level or claim level analysis
    • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of change with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
    • Ability to independently prioritize work, manage deadlines, and execute with minimal direction
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
    • Proven ability to operate as a trusted subject matter expert and escalation point

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Project Management, Business or a related field (preferred, not required)
    • Experience supporting 340B or specialty pharmacy
    • Experience creating, maintaining and operationalizing SOP documentation
    • Experience partnering cross-functionally within a large, matrixed organization


    If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

    For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,900 - 158,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

    This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
