Demand Generation Manager - 11910

Coupa is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the Integrated Marketing team. This role will report to theSr Manager, Demand Generation on the Integrated Marketing Team and play a crucial part in supporting Coupa’s pipeline and revenue goals.

Drive the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, and partner with sales development and marketing operations to ensure sales teams are converting leads into qualified pipeline for new logo acquisition within North America

Execute innovative demand generation strategies across a variety of channels including, email, webinars or virtual events, content syndication, and other 3rd-party programs

Utilize data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders

Use a “test-measure-learn” approach to iterate and optimize programs and results

Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition from awareness to consideration to purchase

Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of demand gen programs

4+ years of B2B enterprise software experience in growth marketing or demand generation

Experience in marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas is highly preferred

Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline velocity

Data and metrics-focused, and experience with various MarTech solutions and AI tools:

Salesforce.com and Marketo experiences are required

Business Intelligence (Tableau preferred), Sales Engagement (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred)

AI Tools (Claude and Gemini Enterprise preferred)

Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Possess a growth mindset, and the agility to adapt in response to evolving opportunities

Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities
