RESPONSABILIDADES

• Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do projeto de ponta a ponta, garantindo a entrega dentro do orçamento, do cronograma e dos padrões de qualidade exigidos para atender às expectativas do cliente.
• Gerenciar os entregáveis do projeto, o escopo e as expectativas, mantendo comunicação ativa e relacionamento com patrocinadores, comitês de projeto, alta liderança e executivos.
• Desenvolver e acompanhar planos detalhados de projeto, incluindo cronogramas, estimativas de custos, planos de recursos, comunicação, mitigação de riscos e resolução de problemas.
• Gerenciar o orçamento do projeto em estreita colaboração com a equipe financeira, assegurando o controle e o reporte das finanças do projeto.
• Garantir a conformidade com os padrões da Strada em todos os projetos entregues.
• Compartilhar boas práticas e aprendizados-chave para apoiar a melhoria contínua.
• Elaborar relatórios de status dos projetos e manter os sistemas de informação de acordo com os padrões da Strada Global.

REQUISITOS

• Experiência mínima comprovada de 8 anos em gestão de projetos.
• Experiência em consultoria de Recursos Humanos, folha de pagamento e outsourcing (obrigatório).
• Experiência na gestão de projetos SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experiência em gestão de fornecedores.
• Inglês avançado (obrigatório).
