    Spreetail is seeking a Senior Brand Strategy Manager to lead complex brand portfolios and drive end-to-end marketing strategies across top retail channels. This high-impact individual contributor role operates with significant autonomy and is recognized as an eCommerce expert, influencing without authority and mentoring peers across the organization. You will partner closely with merchants, channel leaders, and executives to unlock growth and deliver sustained brand performance at scale.
    How you will achieve success:
    • Develop and own high-impact brand marketing strategies for key and high-growth accounts, driving clear ROI and measurable business outcomes.
    • Lead end-to-end brand and SKU-level strategy, identifying priority opportunities and making smart, data-driven investment decisions.
    • Act as a trusted eCommerce expert, influencing traffic, conversion, and channel strategy by leveraging Search Query Reports (SQRs) and other data signals to optimize paid and organic growth, while partnering cross-functionally to unlock performance.
    • Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with channel leaders and merchants to capitalize on new program and exclusivity opportunities.
    • Elevate team performance by mentoring peers and driving process and reporting improvements that scale impact across the organization.
