    The Impact of a Demand Generation Manager at Coupa:
    Coupa is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the Integrated Marketing team. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and play a crucial part in supporting Coupa’s pipeline and revenue goals.
    What You'll Do:
  1. Drive the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, and partner with sales development and marketing operations to ensure sales teams are converting leads into qualified pipeline for new logo acquisition within North America.
  2. Execute innovative demand generation strategies across a variety of channels including, email, webinars or virtual events, content syndication, and other 3rd-party programs.
  3. Utilize data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders.
  4. Use a “test-measure-learn” approach to iterate and optimize programs and results.
  5. Develop a strategic plan for implementing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, ensuring a smooth transition from awareness to consideration to purchase.
  6. Work in tandem with Integrated Marketing Managers to strategize and execute program plans each quarter that align with Coupa’s go-to-market initiatives.
  7. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Content, Design, Web, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of demand gen programs.
  8. What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  9. 3 - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a large SaaS technology company, with a strong grasp of demand generation or growth marketing and sales processes.
  10. Hands-on experience with various MarTech solutions: Marketo and Salesforce.com experiences are required; Account-Based Experience Patform (6Sense preferred); Business Intelligence (Tableau preferred), Sales Engagement (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator preferred.
  11. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while translating complex processes into value-add business activities.
  12. Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline velocity
  13. Experience in marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas is not a requirement but highly preferred.
  14. Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Possess a growth mindset, and the agility to adapt in response to evolving opportunities.
  16. Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities.
